Host Information

Since we frequently offer discounts, specials, and coupons that affect the rental rate (and since there are several different types of events we accommodate), we do not publicize rate information on our website.  Please follow steps 1-3 (below) to begin the rental process and get detailed information about specific rates.  

A 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon submission of the signed rental paperwork.  When scheduling more than one event, the 20% deposit is due six months prior to the start date of the event.  A fully refundable cleaning deposit in the amount of $200 is due upon final payment of remaining rental balance.

We do not provide meals or catering services.  Hosts may prepare meals for their guests in our fully equipped kitchen or choose to hire a catering service. 

As a security measure, we do not publicize the mailing address or driving directions to Texas Scrapbook Cabin.  You'll get this information once you agree to the rental terms and conditions. 

Finally, you have the option to have your event advertised on our Upcoming Events page.  Guests can contact you direct for your cost, availability, registration, etc.  Once your event is filled, notify us, and we will annotate as "sold out" and whether or not you will be accepting names for a wait list.

To begin the rental process, follow these three easy steps:

STEP 1 - Check Availability

Go to our calendar to check availability.  Dates in blue are "booked" and dates in yellow are "pending" (reserved, but not secured by deposit and may become available).  We will consider bookings and secure deposits for reservations as far out as December 2015.

STEP 2 - Discounts & Coupons: 

Once you've selected the event dates, check to see if there are any discounts & coupons that may apply.

STEP 3 - Reservation Inquiry

Once you've decided on when you'd like to host your event and checked for discounts, etc., simply submit a reservation inquiry to reserve your dates, get specific rental rate information and begin the rental agreement process.  That's all there is to it!  We'll contact you within 48 hours of receipt of your inquiry.
